About
ERIVIA started as an operational problem, not a product idea.
We are building the system we needed ourselves: one place where the work, the people and the numbers finally agree.
Where it comes from
It began with the same question every week.
What does this project actually cost? Who is carrying too much? Where is the document that belongs to this delivery? Every answer required someone to open three systems, export two files and trust their memory for the rest. The information existed. The connection did not.
That is not a reporting problem. It is a structural one: tools bought one at a time, each correct on its own, none of them aware of the others.
What we got tired of
Double entry and numbers that disagree.
The same data typed in twice, in slightly different form, is how an organisation loses confidence in its own information. Once two systems disagree, people stop asking the system and start asking each other — and the software becomes administration instead of support.
What was missing was coherence, accountability and information you can act on without checking it first.
What we are building
A new operating layer, not another tool.
ERIVIA is a product company, not a consultancy. We are not building a different system for every client: one platform, one ERIVIA Core, specialised modules on top, and agents that prepare work while people keep the decisions. It is built for SMEs that want to bring structure to their administration and operational processes without losing control of what matters.
ERIVIA is currently being tested and refined together with a number of SMEs, based on their real business processes. That is also why it moves domain by domain: practice decides the roadmap — not the other way round.
We would like to hear your version of this.
If the questions above sound familiar, that conversation is useful to both of us.
