Domains

The platform grows domain by domain.

Finance, People and Operations are the first three domains we are building. Each one solves a problem on its own, and each one gets more useful once the next is connected.

Domain 1 of 3

Finance

Numbers that agree, and that you can trace back to the work.

The problem

Financial reality arrives weeks after the decisions that caused it. Cost sits in one system, hours in another, and the margin on a job is reconstructed by hand — if anyone gets round to it.

What ERIVIA connects

ERIVIA ties financial figures to the operational events behind them: the quote, the project, the hours, the purchase. One number, one origin, one explanation.

What that looks like

  • See the margin on a running project while it can still be steered.
  • Trace a cost back to the project, the person and the decision it came from.
  • Get one monthly picture instead of three exports that disagree.

Domain 2 of 3

People

Who does what, with which knowledge, and what is left.

The problem

Capacity lives in heads and spreadsheets. Nobody can say with confidence what a team can absorb next month, and knowledge that only one person holds is invisible until they are away.

What ERIVIA connects

ERIVIA connects people to the processes they carry and the time those processes actually take, so capacity becomes a consequence of the work instead of a guess.

What that looks like

  • Map which tasks and processes each role really carries.
  • See where knowledge sits with only one person.
  • Understand what taking on a project would demand before committing.

Domain 3 of 3

Operations

One thread from first request to delivered work.

The problem

The operational trail is scattered across mailboxes, drives and folders. Finding the certificate that belongs to a delivered part, or the reason a specification changed, is archaeology.

What ERIVIA connects

ERIVIA keeps projects, materials, documents and decisions on one thread, so status and traceability are a property of the system rather than a reporting exercise.

What that looks like

  • Find the document belonging to a delivered item by its own identifier.
  • Follow a project from request through execution without switching tools.
  • See what changed, when and on whose approval.

Availability

Delivered in phases, not promised in full.

Functionality inside each domain becomes available in phases. Some of what you read above runs today in a real operational environment; other parts are designed and not yet built. We will tell you which is which for your situation rather than let a website imply it is all finished.

Other domains can follow later. We are not listing them yet, because the practice of the first three decides what they should be.
