Privacy statement
This statement covers this website only — www.erivia.eu. It does not cover the ERIVIA platform itself, which is governed by the agreement with the organisation using it.

Who is responsible
FG Software BV, Frank van Dyckelaan 14, 9140 Temse, Belgium, company number BE0810589507.
You can reach us about anything in this statement at info@erivia.eu.
What we collect
This website has no account, no login and no profiling. There are two ways your data reaches us:
- The contact form: your name, company, business email address and message.
- Email: whatever you choose to write to us.
Our hosting provider also processes standard technical request data such as your IP address and browser type, for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it against abuse.
Why we use it
To read your message and to reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not use what you send us for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
The legal basis is your own initiative in contacting us, and our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send a request to a third-party font service.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate this site and its mail:
- Hosting of this website, which processes technical request data.
- Email delivery of contact form submissions.
- Our own mailbox, where your message is read and answered.
These providers act on our instructions only. Where processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it takes place under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
How long we keep it
A message stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is relevant to us both, and is removed when it no longer is. We keep no separate database of website enquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction, and you can object to our use of it. Write to info@erivia.eu and we will handle it ourselves.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
Changes
ERIVIA is in active development and this statement will grow with it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
